ISM is indeed the only food trade fair specialised on the sweets & snacks sector. It hosts exhibitors, buyers, and visitors from all over the world, who every year meet up in Cologne to present and get to know the best products of the industry, and taste the new delicacies.
ISM is a window for the specialists, which only last year has reached more than 1,600 exhibitors, and 37,500 visitors from more than 140 countries.

Gianduja the secret of a cocoa and hazelnut blend
Gianduja chocolate is made of a dough of finely ground cocoa and hazelnuts. In Cortés’ Gianduja, there’s 20% of ground hazelnuts. Cortés also adds its own touch to the dough, that’s 24% of whole hazelnuts, which makes the product the perfect blend of softness and crunchiness.
UTZ Certified Cocoa
The cocoa used in Cortés Gianduja Chocolate with Hazelnuts comes from West Africa and it’s UTZ Certified. This means that our cocoa comes from sustainable plantations, and that all the chain, from production to transformation, and packaging, is traced.
