Ghiott Tuscan confectionery
Ghiott was born in Florence in 1953 from an artisanal laboratory established by Enzo Salaorni, the son of a well-known Florentine baker. It is today based in the heart of Chianti, and is one of the leaders in the production of traditional Tuscan confectionery.
Nowadays, Ghiott is a family-run factory at the third generation, lead by its founder’s daughters and grand-daughters. Ghiott specialises in a wide range of products that are all characterised by a strong relationship to the Tuscan territory, and which reach the shelves of both Italian and International clients.
Ghiott’s strengths remain the simplicity and authenticity of its ingredients, as well as its high production capacity, which make it a great point of contact for Private Labels, for which it provides a dedicated business unit that ensures customisation, competitiveness, and promptness.
